its real, i belive its just a matter of a pyro igniting it. Never had it happend to me though

I talked to some guys today and I believe the arrows have to be light by a friendly pyro.

I beleive I was the only Pyro around when it happened... And I did'nt have the Flare Gun on. Sunny retarded the shot as long as he could so I could get a good picture of it.

We'll have to investigate on that!

it happened to me today, its sick because you can kill instantly if the arrow is on fire.

As a pyro, mouse1+w through the friendly archer's ragdoll, repeat if necessary.
In other words, act like you are trying to give the sniper a spy-check hug.
