Ok, so I posted the photobucket link into my signature text box, and it has all the image tags, but it won't show up on my posts, or at least I can't see it.

Looks like it's being stubborn. >=[
In your profile, there is an option 'Always Attach My Signature'. Make sure that is set to 'Yes'.
And then when you do your signature, make sure it shows up first when you do 'Preview' and then 'Save'.

You have to run the program CMD, type regedit, and use the "incinerate your mama" command.
