you must have figured it out. download paint.net free, and use the print screen button, then paste

or you could press the "prt scr" key in your keyboard and then open up paint and paste it in there, thats how i do it. the key Prt scr is after the F12 key.

Er.. Prt scr is short for "Print screen" like bluebread said
Download Paint.NET anyways. They should replace Paint with Paint.NET - it's like photoshop for noobs who dont want to fuck around for an hour to do something simple.
