In order to make S.W.A.T.Y. suffer for all the shit he has put us through, I say we should have his map leaked.

Nah; he might always come back. I think we may be one of the small pockets of the TF2 community that will actually put up with his bullshit. Once he figures this out, he'll probably come back, though he'll also probably be as mean and pissy as ever.

It's better to keep those bridges for as long as we can, imo. If he doesn't come on here and never says a word to any of us again, so be it. If he stays active on the forums without causing bullshit, that's fine too. If we were to ever do that, I think we should only do it if he's made it clear that (a) he's never coming back to our server and (b) he's gonna shit-talk to us and to the whole internet about this server and its players.

a. He already does talk shit about us, b. I think i worked harder on his map than he did, c. true it doesnt work, but someone could steal his ideas. I know for a fact that he won't finish it, but you're right, leaking it is dick move.

I agree with everything that was said above by Killa, Saigon, JMan, Clooney.

S.W.A.T.Y's map is a matter of labor and toil that he did. Whether he has formally copyrighted it to his name or not, I believe in these circumstances it is soley his property. IE, it belongs to S.W.A.T.Y to do as he pleases, not to you/us/server. We should respect his wishes.

Secondly, why infuriate the dude? He's already pissed enough, let's stop adding insults to injury.

It is natural to be angry in these circumstances, but it's easier, healtier, better, to just let it go. Make a big shrug, reread Saigon's post.

To reiterate, you do not have permissions to release this map. It is not yours, it belongs soley to SWATY.
If you do, I agree to personally help SWATY clean up the mess.
I strongly advise against this action.
